Yoni Steam Ritual
A deeply nourishing ritual to reconnect you with your womb, your rhythm, and your feminine essence.
Yoni steaming is an ancient practice used by women across cultures to gently support the womb space through warmth, moisture, and intentional rest. This ritual invites you to slow down, soften, and return to your body — creating space for release, renewal, and reconnection.
The warmth of the steam encourages circulation to the pelvic area, helping the body unwind, open, and restore. Many women are drawn to this practice for support with their cycle, postpartum healing, emotional release, and as a way to simply feel more connected to themselves.
This is more than a physical practice — it is a moment of stillness, a remembering, a return.
How to Use
- Create a quiet, undisturbed space where you feel safe and relaxed.
- Add a handful of your herbal blend to a bowl of hot (not boiling) water.
- Allow the herbs to steep for a few minutes, releasing their warmth and aroma.
- Sit or kneel comfortably over the bowl (you can use a yoni steam seat or squat position), ensuring the steam is warm, not too hot.
- Wrap yourself in a blanket or towel around your waist to keep the steam contained.
- Steam for 10–20 minutes, breathing deeply and allowing your body to soften.
After your steam, rest. Keep your womb warm, drink something nourishing, and allow the effects to integrate
When to Use
